My story 'The Diagnosis' is one of thirty short stories in a new collection called Pause. With an element of the supernatural in an otherwise serious tale, this is a slice of life about a friend of mine who passed away a few years ago. Dedicated to Dawn Picken, it's not exactly a fantasy read, yet I hope it inspires and uplifts those who read it.
